Who You Are: Are you an ambitious marketing innovator with proven experience developing and executing innovative field and alliance marketing plans to drive business growth? The Attain Federal Marketing Specialist will be responsible for: Planning and execution of multi-channel, integrated field marketing campaigns to reinforce Attain's position as an industry thought leader, generating new leads, and nurturing sales opportunities already in pipeline Drafting and promoting a pipeline of collateral tied to the business priorities Maintaining and leveraging industry-specific association memberships Working with the Corporate Marketing team to regularly review and refresh website and other online content Leveraging digital marketing tools to execute campaigns Planning, allocating, and managing budgets Developing a deep knowledge of alliances and their relationships with the Attain client teams and practice areas Working with practice leads and marketing team to shape and execute go-to-market strategies for each of Attain's major alliance partners Tracking requirements and reporting results for alliance partnerships Required Skills: BA or BS degree 2 to 6 years traditional marketing experience with a focus in the Federal market Must have experience with IT Solutions/Services Consulting Firm Proven track record of developing and executing field marketing strategy for professional services Strong written and oral communication skills Flexibility to travel domestically to client meetings, trade shows, marketing events, etc. (up to 20%) Desired Skills: Experience using Salesforce and Pardot a plus Education and/or Nonprofit market experience is desired About Us: Attain is a place for great ideas and the people who have them.
