Back your expert planning with the kind of powerful, responsive technology that makes up Meeting Play's registration mobile apps for events, you will make lasting impressions General Summary Responsible for leading and developing online and offline strategies and vision in conjunction with CEO, Direct Business to ensure revenue goals is met. This will be accomplished by establishing the short-term, day-to-day direction as well as the long-term strategic planning and organizational support to e-Commerce; and guiding the business development and support of front-end and back-end systems. Additionally, recommends improvements and enhancements to the functionality and effectiveness of the site to increase revenue to all channels. Also, is responsible for understanding the critical business marketing strategies. This role requires extensive business process knowledge or market segmentation. Responsibilities . Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns . Design, build and maintain our social media presence . Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) . Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights . Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies . Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests . Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience . Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points . Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels . Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate . Develop short-term and long-term e-Commerce business strategies. . Develops and drives the e-Commerce strategy to maximize marketing opportunities for the direct channel (internet). . Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns . Leads the development, implementation and analysis of all e-Commerce programs. . Develops and maintains schedule of site activity and sales reports, to analyze effectiveness of site, making recommendations for improved performance. . Defines and publishes project timelines, milestones, and processes to monitor and communicate status. . Manage collaborative, cross-functional relationship with IT department to ensure front-end and back-end systems effectiveness. . Partners with IT to define the technological direction to support the growth of the e-Commerce channel. Qualifications . Solid written and verbal communication skills. . SEM . Able to develop strong collaborative relationships internally and externally. . Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency. . Is flexible with ability to quickly shift with the needs of the business. . Strong analytical ability. . Demonstrates high degree of initiative. . Can effectively manage multiple priorities. . Strong organization and follow through skills. . Able to work effectively with all levels of the organization. . Strategic thinker who can see the "Big Picture". . Able to develop future business and Information Technology requirements with economic justifications. Education and Experience . 2-5 years marketing experience . 2-5 years' experience in an internet marketing role required . Experience with software marketing preferred
