The Technical Lead/Solutions Architect is a trusted position and will bring a tangible, positive impact to our clientA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s mission.A' As the Technical Lead for this client engagement, you will work directly with clients, establish the product roadmap, and lead and mentor multiple development teams.A' A' A' Essential Duties and Responsibilities A cents € cents Act as a trusted advisor to our clientA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s business and technical staff A cents € cents Engage with business users, application owners and other parties to understand business needs and processes; identify solutions, present and guide teams in identifying the best solution A cents € cents Drive the technical vision and set the pace for the engagement including how development teams are organized, and balancing reuse of legacy systems versus new build A cents € cents Establish the product roadmap including identifying the roll out schedule of featuresA' A cents € cents Research and assist in the adoption of new tools, technologies, and techniques that lead to a tangible improvement to the clientA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s mission and/or increase development velocity A cents € cents Lead and mentor development teams; organize development teams to promote increased velocity A cents € cents Evaluate and recommend new technologies to be incorporated in to the tech stack based best fit (ie, feasibility, cost, risk) A cents € cents Identifying blockers and strategies to remediate, avoid, or neutralize them A cents € cents Lead integration activities of software packages consistent with best practices and fit with the client A cents € cents Promote top code quality by leading design and code reviews, and solve challenging issues related to performance tuning and scalabilityA' A' Education and Experience A cents € cents 10-15 years of software delivery experience A cents € cents 5 years working directly with business owners to understand their requirements and objectives as it relates to automation A cents € cents BachelorA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s degree or equivalent years of experienceA' A' Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities A cents € cents Experience leading multiple, concurrent development teams leveraging modern, agile development methodologies A cents € cents Experience with diverse tech stacks including but not limited to: o .NET, Java, Python A cents € cents Extensive SDLC knowledge A cents € cents Led at least 2 software modernization projects for Federal clients A cents € cents Knowledge of the aviation domain A cents € cents Experience with modern software program languages, scalable API design and development, cloud-based application installations/management, encrypted/secure application (and data) design
