Membership Marketing Partners (MMP) is an innovative and fast-growing direct marketing agency that serves conservative non-profits and non-partisan non-profits in the DC metro and New York markets. We're looking to hire an entry level Email Marketing Associate to expand our digital marketing department. As an Email Marketing Associate, you will strategize, implement and monitor effective email campaigns to ensure we are exceeding the goals and expectations of our clients. The ideal team member will have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. Candidate must be willing to relocate to Washington DC Metro area. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the various stakeholders to build email campaigns that drive consumer engagement and generate conversions Manage the set up and execution of email campaigns, email content and message optimization, list segmentation, and reporting Report performance of email campaigns to stakeholders including open rates, click rates, and conversion Collaborate with design team to create visually compelling emails that support email best practices Conduct A/B testing including subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that improve conversion Ensure cross-browser/email client compatibility through testing tools such as Litmus Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Preferred Bachelor's degree in political science, marketing, or business related) 0-2 years job experience with either political advocacy groups, campaigns, or a marketing agency Superb attention to detail Experience and skill in managing multiple tasks and projects over a tight timeframe while producing high-quality results A cents € cents Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to think on one's feet and adapt to new situations Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proofreading skills Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively A cents € cents Good attitude and work ethic with high personal and professional standards A cents € cents Passionate about your job and growing in your career Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with an email marketing platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Salsa Some knowledge of HTML Knowledge of email design best practices Experience with web analytics Aptitude for coding and technical projects Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, following a logical sequence to identify problems Show us you have what it takes, and we'll pay you a competitive salary, vacation days, sick days, and health benefits.
