Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative, with experience in sales and sales management in the Business Services/Janitorial arena.In this role you will be responsible for the identification and acquisitions of new client relationships and supporting the next generation products and services.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company services and pricing structure.Cold call and develop a pipeline of new clients based on business and product modelsConsult with senior management on sales opportunities within existing client baseIdentify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.Determine customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.Meet or exceed sales/revenue goals.Manage assigned company-generated leads through to business close.Complete scheduled in-person prospecting activities to establish first and follow-up appointments with key decision makers.Pipeline reporting to senior staff, developing prospective customer profiles and documenting all activityCommunicate weekly on sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.The ideal candidate must have 3 years of progressive sales experience in a Sales Management position and preferably in the Business Services arena.Skills and QualificationsBA/BS degree Preferable5 years current sales experienceProspecting SkillsNegotiation SkillsSelf ConfidenceClient RelationshipsExperience in CRMA cents € "SalesforceCompensation and BenefitsComprehensive medical program, includes dental and vision401KCar AllowanceCell PhoneSalary: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year + Commission
