We are growing and currently have an immediate opportunity for a dynamic, success driven seasonedA' construction Scheduler to join our growing team in Rockville, MD. This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE opportunity. In this role, you will provide highly responsive scheduling services in one of the firmA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s core business lines. The Senior Scheduler responsibilities minimally include:Independently create, review and/or analyze CPM schedules in an efficient and comprehensive manner.Effectively utilize available techniques and software to provide the greatest value to the client and OCMI. This also includes creating CPM Schedules, Baselines and Updates, at all levels of project development, independently or as part of an external or internal team.Develop comprehensive plans that communicates the clientA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s project and strategic goals.Meets all contractual compliance requirements.Represent a realistic and feasible planning approach.Communicate effectively through clear and concise means appropriate to the projectA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s goals (verbal, written, graphically).Understand principles of cost estimating and productivity in establishing schedule parameters (duration, cost and resource loading, etc.).Investigate and incorporate project constraints in planning effort.Capable of explaining the schedule and positions in a formal meeting, presentation, or negotiation.Perform Time Impact Analysis and develop fragnets.Requirements:3+ years of consistent scheduling experience utilizing Primavera Scheduling Software.Solid project experience focusing on vertical construction projects highly desired.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Solid understanding of schedule delay principles and techniques.Understand the Critical Path Method of scheduling theoretically and as it applies to the project.Understand the contractual clauses as it applies to planning and scheduling.Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, contracts/general conditions) at all levels of design.Advance knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software (P6, latest Version).Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint.Familiarity with Smartsheet and project management/administration applications.Microsoft Project proficient.BachelorA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s Degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture required; or any degree with construction/design-related experience.To apply, please visite our website at or go directly to the application at:
