Job Description: Highstreet is aggressively pursuing the Oracle Cloud Applications market and is looking for an established Account Executive that can identify, pursue, and close professional consulting service opportunities in support of Oracle Cloud Applications projects. While the focus is Oracle Cloud Applications, the Account Executive role is expected to be opportunistic in selling professional consulting services for PeopleSoft, e-Business Suite, and Managed Services/hosting customers also. Highstreet has established market verticals in selling professional services for Oracle Cloud Applications in Higher Education and Public Sector. The strategic direction now is to expand into additional market areas. The focus is on Healthcare, Financial Services, and non-profit business segments. It is expected that the candidate will have a proven track record of selling professional services in one or more of these business verticals. To assist the Account Executive in sales pursuits, this person will have available a supporting team including delivery staff, solution architects, and management. It is expected that the Account Executive will be capable of identifying support that is required, forming appropriate pursuit teams, and independently driving sales opportunities to closure. Compensation is negotiable, commission driven, and commiserate with experience. Highstreet services in the sales portfolio: Oracle Cloud Applications implementations PeopleSoft module implementations, upgrades, optimizations Oracle e-Business Suite module implementations, upgrades, optimizations AMS/Hosting services Cloud / Shared services Qualifications Hunter account executive, rather than farmer * Successful with organic lead generation * Successful track record of achieving quotas > $4M * Proven track record of selling professional consulting services * Strong relationships and network within the Oracle Cloud Application sales organization * Minimum of 5 years experience selling professional services consulting * Minimum of 2 years experience selling Oracle Cloud Applications * Demonstrated ability to contact, qualify, and close prospective customers * Demonstrated ability to independently identify opportunities and create sales pursuits * Demonstrated ability to develop sales responses (RFI, RFP, etc.) * Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams in complex pursuits * Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Must demonstrate excellent oral and written presentation skills * Must be able to travel to client sites as required * Must possess a bachelor s degree (or higher) Equal Opportunity: Highstreet IT Solutions is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity emp loyer with a drug-free environment.
