Overview The Finance Operations Manager oversees the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Data Analyst functions for Medifast, Inc. In addition, the position performs various treasury activities and response to internal and external audit requests. This role may assist with the implementation of new systems and provide cross-training to employees of all levels on Financial systems. Responsibilities Managing the daily processing and timely payment of vendor invoices, the oversight of travel and expense reimbursement, the processing of changes to the vendor master file and the processing of 1099's. Daily accurate and timely application of cash received from our customers and performance of related reconciliations. Oversees the processing of returns and refunds. Supervises a team responsible for identifying, reviewing, investigating and resolving customer orders and risk related to 3rd party credit card sales. Performs treasury functions including, but not limited to, funding bank accounts and administrating banking systems and company credit cards. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 7+ years of accounting/finance experience with 3-5 years of managerial experience in accounting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Must have Concur experience. Prefer experience with Microsoft Navision and Oracle. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
