The initiatives include Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to enable organizations to operate and maintain enterprise systems in response to various legislative, policy, management, and technology changes. Your future duties and responsibilities: The Senior Applications Services Lead develop, create, and modify .net and Java applications software or specialized utility programs. The Senior Application Service Lead analyzes user needs and develop software solutions for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. The Senior Applications Services Lead supervises developers. Specific duties and responsibilities include:* Lead a team of developers (providing mentorship) to operate and maintain high quality .Net and Java applications. * Work closely with the architecture team during design phases and be instrumental in the operation and maintenance of application governance frameworks. * Requires high level of skill in hands-on development and the ability to lead and mentor developers of varying skills levels. * Work on enhancing or fixing customer-facing web and mobile application issues using cutting-edge frameworks, to highly available RESTful services and cloud ready solutions. * Set standards and procedures to ensure proper design, coding, and unit testing practices are implemented and followed. * Work with multi-vendor agile teams, to design, test, implement, and support solutions.
