The candidate should be a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed, successful track record of executing sales strategies and business plans, together with experience selling, negotiating and closing deals. Ability to effectively manage customer & staff relationships, prompt respond to customer inquiries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations. Experience in human resources/diversity field is a plus. This role reports to the Associate Publisher. Duties and Responsibilities Build and develop successful customer relationships via a consultative sales process Creatively identify and prospect into new territories while developing and managing sales pipeline activity Achieve or exceed realistic individual sales quota levels to reach your financial goals Extend business in existing and past accounts Develop and effectively communicate full understanding of our varied products, staffing services and other workforce solutions Work well within a team environment leveraging proven processes to achieve sales success Have the ability to stay driven and focused on new sales in successful national company Maintain sales database Skills Required Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a Business or HR emphasis 3 - 5 years of related work experience Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent people, organizational, and time management skills Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities Ability to effectively communicate sales performance by producing all necessary reports in an effective, timely and tailored manner Ability to build an effective customer service orientation relationship between the client and company Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM database Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn and strong Networking skills
