Job Description: Sequoia has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a technical background to join a dynamic team to help support the R&D and prototype-development of tactical SIGINT Systems for the Army TROJAN Program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. As a SIGINT Systems Engineer, you will be assisting with research into mature technology, prototype development and testing, and integration of new technology into prototype TROJAN tactical SIGINT systems. You will also provide technical expertise for the development and incorporation of new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. You will guide system development and participate in Research, Test, Development and Evaluation of SIGINT systems. You will be responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverable products associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility. Experience Requirements: Journeyman Engineer: 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. 6 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Senior Engineer: 10 years+ of experience and a MA/MS degree. 12 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree Security+ Certification or higher Development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components. Ability to coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Engineering Review Board (ERB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test readiness reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.
