POSITION OVERVIEW : The Marketing Coordinator will manage and direct active marketing projects across all CMG's business channels. This individual will be responsible for the coordination and execution of projects prioritized by the Sr. Marketing team. This individual will be required to obtain an in depth understanding of systems and functional processes deployed by each member of the marketing team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to : Partner with the Director of Marketing with the coordination, tracking, and deployment of marketing projects and tasks. Liaison between creative, sales and ops for new and existing projects. Planning and estimating tasks and timelines of delivery. Ensure project control and communication of projects, status, and issues. Provide weekly status reports on project goals and completion. Coordinates execution of marketing plans to achieve marketing objectives. Manage all communication to and from marketing dedicated inbox. Ensure proper communication during network interruptions/resolutions. Partner with the Director of Marketing on all administrative needs for the department including projects, events and tradeshow show coordination. Update Marketing portals as needed. Assists in delegating projects to the entire marketing team. Assess current process and look for opportunities for efficiencies. Manage Marketing inventory, pricing, and stocking for store. Gather and submit weekly, monthly and yearly production numbers to submit to publications. Other projects and assignments as needed. Oversees day to day tasks of the Marketing team. Hold the daily recap meeting and manage the project management system that tracks all department output. PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS Standard office environment, equipment and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Employee must be open to work overtime to complete assigned tasks as needed. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE BS in Project Management, Marketing, Business, etc. equivalent degree or experience. Extreme attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with concurrent deliverables Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment Excellent communication skills both written and verbal High level of integrity. Enhanced Skills (not required): Experience in the Mortgage Industry. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash. Experience in project tracking systems like Wrike, Asana or Monday (etc).
