Part-time International Credential Evaluator
The George Mason University Office of Admissions invites applications for a part-time International Admissions Credential Evaluator position. This position will assist with the evaluation, verification, and review of international documents, research accreditation of secondary and post-secondary institutions, review and calculate international grading scales for US equivalency, and assist in making admissions decisions.
Required Qualifications * Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; * Demonstrated professional experience in admissions, file review, transcript evaluation, and international credentials evaluation; * Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with the evaluation of international secondary and post-secondary educational credentials and transcripts; * Strong attention to detail; and * Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in international admissions is highly preferred; and * Familiarity with Banner and Salesforce.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, four to five hours per day. Please note that this is an hourly paid position that does not include university benefits.
