Position Summary-MD/DC/VA candidates ONLY - NO RELOCATION OFFERED Under general supervision the employee will work with finance and accounting management, staff, and business unit senior staff members in varied areas of financial analysis and in doing so demonstrate appropriate understanding and working knowledge of company process, industry practices, and financial data flow. Responsibilities: Responsible for reporting, review, and communication of sales margins Work with business unit leadership to develop, submit, and countermeasure departmental budgets Report and drive ownership of financial and business unit specific metrics Identify and communicate the financial impact of business unit process and changes Prepare senior management for routine and non-routine meetings via assistance with data collection, presentation preparation, and/or team coordination Provide analytical support to management on special projects or data requests Organize and lead key aspects of annual operating plan process Provide backup support as needed to other individuals in the department Capability Requirements Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred High level of familiarity with US GAAP Microsoft Office expertise required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple assignments Strong data mining and analytic skills Ability to write reports and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers Action oriented and excellent people skills Education & Experience Bachelors and/or masterA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s degree in Finance or Accounting Physical Demands N/A Additional Information Direct Reports: None Travel Requirements: Minimal Relocation Benefits: No
