Leadership opportunities through our many committees. Position Responsibilities. Ensure employee and trade partner compliance with OSHA/NAHB and EPA lead safe practices. Deliver projects on time, under budget achieving highest level of client satisfaction and quality. Achieve production goals employing company best practices. Record project Daily Logs and update Schedule weekly in Builder Trend. Use Builder Trend as main resource for project. Review contract, subcontracts, and drawings for content and accuracy. Develop and maintain construction schedule. Order material with accurate takeoffs and ensure timely delivery to job site. Meet with trade partners, providing them with accurate scope of work and deliver their prep requirements. Communicate with trade partners for timely delivery of project using the 3-1-3-1 model. Buy-out of scopes and negotiate with trade partners as required to meet budget constraints. Review invoices for accuracy and for timely accurate payment. Produce change orders through-out the project, verify client acceptance collect payments immediately. Attend bi-monthly Production Meetings and deliver Two Week Schedules for labor requirements. Visit job sites daily to review progress, provide solutions and/or forward concerns to appropriate parties. Proactively and effectively communicate with clients and upper management using Builder Trend and Weekly Client Meetings. Create and dispense project punch and warranty lists in a timely manner. Employ green and sustainable best practices with continued education. Participate in opportunities for continuing education to new Building and Energy Codes. Manage production staff, foster and train to best practices. Participate in Project Hand-offs, ensuring clear understanding of client needs, designer's intent, and production considerations. Initiate PM assigned 8 Meetings for Success. Attend Project Close-out Meetings, convey and implement lessons learned. Participate in the selection of subcontractors, including vetting and quality assessments. Ensure staff compliance with and best practices to ensure quality. Analyze job cost accounting, modify practices to improve profitability. Manage client expectations so they remain within contracted scopes of work and reasonable limits of perfection. Monitor staff for compliance with Landis codes of behavior. Seek and support hiring of qualified personnel for to meet annual production goal. Purpose budget, forecast staff, training and equipment need. Company Overview.
