The Digital Media Trader is a data-focused member of the programmatic media buying team at ESB Advertising. They can quickly understand challenges and perform optimizations that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns. Key Functional Areas of Responsibility. Perform daily account management of programmatic media campaigns via demand-side platforms for a variety of clients. Execute digital campaigns from start to finish; setup, implementation, optimizations, and reporting. Optimize digital campaigns with a focus on KPIs and goals. Monitor media for pacing, delivery, placement, and flight date discrepancies. Perform reporting from ad server and other systems to provide tracking of campaign performance. Convert advertising analytics into actionable insights. Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and campaign pacing. Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals. Professional Competencies. Passion for data and digital marketing. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills. Professional Skills & Qualifications. At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with digital campaign management. High-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of DSPs and the media buying process through ad exchanges. Highly organized. BS/BA degree preferred. Compensation & Benefits. Competitive salary.
