The candidate will be representing clients in civil antitrust litigation, defense of merger investigations (FTC/DOJ and International) and other agency investigations, and counseling clients on business practices. Should have interest and or experience (private firm or government agency) in antitrust law, to assume significant responsibilities in complex litigations, and as needed on mergers and other antitrust agency investigations. Interest or experience with technology industries, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, financial markets, or issues lying at the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property is desirable.
