Lee & Hayes, PC is seeking a Patent Attorney with design patent experience for our Spokane, Seattle, Austin, Atlanta, DC, or Rochester offices. The firm's design practice includes strategic procurement and enforcement of design rights for some of the world's largest, most innovative, and well-known organizations. We consult as experts in design patent law, developing strategies for our clients to protect the ornamental characteristics of their innovations, whether that includes electronic devices, vehicles, graphical user interfaces, or apparel. QUALIFICATIONS. The successful candidate will have 3 plus years' experience in preparation and prosecution of design patent applications in the US and at least 1 year of experience in non-US jurisdictions. Superior writing and communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and practical business-oriented advice are required.
