TRACE is a dynamic and growing international organization based in Annapolis, Maryland that provides practical and cost-effective anti-bribery compliance solutions for multinational companies. TRACE is seeking a proactive individual to support the marketing team. Responsibilities: Provide research, organizational, and administrative support for the marketing team. Develop a social media strategy for TRACE's platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Manage TRACE's social media presence including drafting copy, scheduling posts, moderating discussions, reporting on KPIs and setting up paid campaigns. Draft, proofread and build marketing emails for campaigns using HubSpot. Coordinate translations of emails, web pages and print materials and ensure translated marketing collateral is kept up-to-date. Take ownership of updating the TRACE website using the CMS, including updating pages for marketing campaign launches and uploading upcoming events and webinars. Utilize Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to edit marketing collateral and graphics as needed, including assisting with formatting translations of rebranded collateral. Assist with quarterly reporting of marketing campaigns and activity. Organize and source competitor research and collateral and conduct PR research as needed. Additional tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field. Strong communications and organizational skills. Experience working with social media platforms in a professional environment (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: Minimum one-year work experience in a similar role. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience using a content management system (CMS). Experience with online analytics (Google analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter analytics). Experience with publishing emails and social media using HubSpot. Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Interest in US and international law, specifically in the area of anti-bribery compliance.
