Location: Fairfax, VA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Citrix Managed Services Support Engineer II The Judge Group is currently seeking a Citrix Managed Services Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 years supporting and managing Citrix environments utilizing XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler enterprise products. This individual will join our clients Managed Services team and provide incident, change, and problem management support. This job will have the following responsibilities: * Perform regular reviews and diagnosis of customer Citrix Environments * Troubleshoot XenApp, and XenDesktop services * Perform strategic assessments of Citrix environment * Utilize VMware vSphere client and VCenter to identify and resolve issues within Microsoft virtual environments * Basic technical and functional understanding of NetScaler, XenMobile, and provisioning services * Hands on experience with deployeing Windows Server 2003,2008 R2, 2012 * Hands on experience with deploying group policy and Active Directory Qualifications & Requirements: * MCITP, MCP, or CCA or ability to obtain one within 90 days * 3+ years of Citrix/ VMware/ Microsoft Virtualization * 5+ years of IT experience including IT servies and support * Basic understanding of Firewall, VPN configuration, and switching * Knowledge of network architectures and data communication protocols Contact: chawkins@judge.com This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
