Secondary Market Manager / CapitalA' Markets ManagerA' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Summary of Responsibilities The Secondary MarketA' Manager is responsible for helping to maintain and grow operations of the Secondary Market Department. This supervisor is responsible for assisting with the procedures of the department which include: A' execution of sales to investors, locking and committing loans while maintaining company margins, packaging and selling of real estate loans from the bankA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s portfolio or as they are originated, and developing products for the sales staff. The supervisor must ensure loans meet investorsA$ cents A' €A' (TM) underwriting standards and keep up with market pricing, projected returns and maintains relationships with investors. A' This supervisor oversees any analyst or administrative staff, and reports to the department manager. I. Primary Functions: 1. Perform quantitative analysis of pipeline and funded loan inventory by product type and other characteristics. A' Supervises manages and coordinates primary and secondary market research studies A cents € " both qualitative and quantitative for the brand and markets assigned. 2.. Offers strategic insights and ensures that these insights are integrated within current knowledge within the organization. 3. Develop and manages secondary market investor relations. 4. Analyzes data on the performance of the sold-loan portfolio (prepayment and delinquency) for trends and comparison to industry norms. 5. Work with the Secondary Market Team to achieve significant and timely trades. II. Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Two to three years minimum experience in mortgage secondary market role Must be knowledgeable in trading whole loans with FannieMae and Freddie Mac Must have expertise in structuring transactions Must have the ability to build products for delivery Must manage pricing engine, product eligibility, and product updates for Secondary and origination departments Proven analytical abilities Strong Communication (oral and written) skills Detail Oriented and driven to excel Intermediate proficiency on keyboard and ability to learn a variety of financial software - Federally Chartered Bank -A' Great Compensation - Medical/Dental Benefits, 401k, AESOP
