Floreo (is a NIH & venture-backed startup in Washington DC and the creators of the leading virtual reality system for teaching social and communication skills to people with autism.A' A' We are a multidisciplinary team of developers, doctors, designers, therapists, parents, and artists and we are working in the uncharted territory of VR for delivery of therapist/parent mediated therapeutic experiences. The system is used today in 2 dozen schools and clinics in addition to a growing number of parents.A' A' Position & ResponsibilitiesA' We are looking to hire a Head of Sales who will create, lead and grow FloreoA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s sales process and team. This role will be responsible for creating the playbook, developing relationships and growing ARR.A' Develop and own all aspects of Sales process from lead activation strategy to conversion for new enterprise customers across special education school customers to autism therapy clinics.Engage and lead customer conversations at all levels and represent a leadership voice for FloreoA' A' Develop and own inside sales process for existing customersCreate and evolve all sales materialsA' Measure and improve our sales process so that it is continuously being optimized.A' Develop revenue forecasts and drive activity to meet or exceed forecasts.A' Be a strong voice in representing customers and influencing product development roadmapQualificationsCandidates should have a strong combination of the below qualifications:A' Experience with software/technology sales to public school systems. Strong relationships with large school districts and partners.A' A' A' Deep experience with special education software salesDeep understanding of how schools and institutions buy technology and their sales cycle.A' Experience growing a sales team from scratchMaintain a proven record of hitting sales targetsHave excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.Possess strong analytical skill with a deep understanding of forecasting & managing through dataComfort with using and talking about virtual reality technologyA' Interested applicants should email their resume and any additional information to Washington DC is preferred, we are open to a strong remote leader with the right experience.
