The Role of a Director of Sales is be a partner to the General Manager and Executive Chef of the venue to create Memorable Experiences for Guests. The Director of Sales not only sells their own Events, but oversees the Sales Team to drive Event and Catering Sales for the Location. The Director of Sales responsibilities include Leading the Sales Team, Teaching and Coaching the Sales Team, Communicating efficiently with the General Manager and Executive Chef, Setting the Sales Strategy and Plan for the Location, Managing incoming Leads and BEO details, and Managing Reports and Financials. Pinstripes offers many types of Events such as Birthdays, Graduations, Weddings, Mitzvahs, Corporate Meetings, Corporate Team Buildings, and Off-Site. The Director of Sales will work with Clients who vary between all Markets, such as Social Events, Corporate Events, and Off-Site Catering Events.
