We are searching for a talented databased administrator to provide systems engineering support to the FAA's Air Traffic Systems organization. We are A THINK AHEAD!Responsibilities:Interact with FAA customers on a daily basis, providing technical support at meetings and via presentations and technical papersAdminister the FAAA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s Active Risk Manager (ARM) database, including development and modification of custom reports, coordination of software updates, configuration changes, and technical support to the users of the tool & databaseConduct user training for ARM tool use, including incorporation of tool usage into process for risk, issue, and opportunity managementParticipate in PMO Risk Management Working Group to ensure that RIO management process is implemented consistently and comprehensively across the organizationIdentify and pursue opportunities RIO management process improvementConduct research and analysis for in support to meet evolving needs of a RIO management toolParticipate in technical & programmatic meetingsRequirements:BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems + 2-6 years of experienceUseful experience includes:CodingServers and backend hostingDatabase / SQLRIO ManagementSystems EngineeringIT / tech supportStrong interpersonal, written & oral communications skills a mustStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with Active Risk Manager (ARM) a strong plusFamiliarity with the FAA a plusOccasional travel based on customer needs may be required.Aurora Innovations is an equal opportunity employer.
