Our goal every day is to help good ideas win, and our Head of Employee Success will be critical to that mission.Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a strategic business partner to all of LGNDA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s employees, the Head of Employee Success will design and implement: hiring strategies, performance management programs, employee relations processes, and a blueprint for employee personal development and cultural success.A' The ideal Head of Employee Success wants to work in a high-growth talent function, is passionate about building a positive and engaging workplace, and seeks to make an impact at a premium digital storytelling agency.The successful candidate will have excellent problem solving skills and the intellectual curiosity to improve the status quo. They are:Put People FirstTrust WinsDifferentiate with Talent and GritPassion Improves ProductRoles and Responsibilities:Build close relationships and provide thoughtful suggestions to leadership based on intimate knowledge of the firm, its people, and the overall workplace environmentAnticipate hiring needs, write job descriptions, create a sustainable sourcing strategy for recruitment, and develop a strong recruitment pipelineDevelop a standardized OKR framework for the team, and then manage, monitor and review ongoing performanceProvide advice to leadership regarding all aspects of employee relations, including performance documentation, disciplinary actions, processes and opportunities for improvement, and talent strategyA' Assist in formulating, interpreting, and communicating policies that pertain to personnel mattersCounsel and support LGND employees regarding personal and professional challenges while maintaining business continuityPropose additions and draft updates to the employee handbook, ensuring alignment with company goals and missionLead open enrollment and the ongoing administration of current and future benefitsSkills and Experience:At least 5 years of experience in driving employee success/human capitalStrong verbal and communication skillsProven track record of managing and solving complex issuesA' Strong team and project management experienceWorking knowledge of local, state, and federal employment lawStrong client focus, service orientation, and relationship building skillsA very high degree of personal integrity including the ability to manage sensitive or confidential informationExperience working with Professional Employment Organizations and 3rd party benefit and tool vendorsExperience using Slack, Asana, GSuite and Dropbox (if those are familiar names, that is fantastic; if not, we will teach you)Experience supporting both a local and remote workforce is a plusLGND is committed to diversity and creating an inclusive environment.
