Job Summary/Company: Direct Hire -Senior Strategic Compensations Partner: Chantilly, VA (partial teleworking options)

  • We are seeking an exceptional Comp Partner with tenured experience and true analytical skill that is interested in becoming a highly valued Business Partner for a growing Compensations Department.
  • This position will support four critical business groups: The Executive Leaders and all of their assigned HRVP's.
  • Permanent employee with a consultant personality that can engage and navigate the strategic compensation planning/ presentations for the teams
  • Educate the Department Executives and provide compensation guidance as the in-house compensation's interpreter for specific divisions as the organization continues to carrying out the strategic compensation planning initiatives

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-8 year minimum Compensation experience
  • Compensation Certification Highly desired
  • WorkDay Experience Highly desired
  • Must have strong foundation Comp experience to include basics such as: FLSA, Offer standpoint, survey data
  • Develop statistical reports on internal pay practices and trends
  • Assist in participating and completing compensation market survey to leverage competitive data and determine market trends
  • Merit and incentive analysis
  • Competitive Retention/Attrition Analysis
  • *Partial Teleworking options after first 90 days based on individual employee progress (must be local this is not a remote position)
