Senior Database Administrator, Arthur Grand Technologies, Ashburn, VA.
- Install/manage/upgrade/configure/maintain/troubleshoot database softwares Sybase ASE, MS SQL Server, MySQL and MongoDB
- Automate provisioning and configuration of database environments using Terraform, Chef, PowerShell and DSC
- Work on continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) with Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Jenkins
- Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) of applications and infrastructure using testing frameworks like Pester and Inspec
- Containerize database and application workloads using docker
- Design infrastructure environments on AWS & Azure cloud
- Develop software development using Ruby, Python, PowerShell and bash
- Travel to various unanticipated locations if required.
