In this role, you will interact on a regular basis with the Front Office Heads of the Single-Family, Multi-Family and Investment and Capital Markets Divisions with the aim of ensuring that the Enterprise Operations Business Process Management (EOBPM) platform that provides insight into operational risks and the operational health of Freddie Mac's mission-critical business processes (OASIS) provides these critical decision-makers with the information they require. Through your regular touch-points with these professionals and others you will help ensure that Freddie Mac continues functioning in the event of a crisis by setting and maintaining high data quality standards for OASIS.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Produce reporting packs on a regular cadence
  • Lead reporting roadshows
  • Collect and analyzes end-user feedback regarding quality of service being delivered by each of the EOBPM service lines (governance, analytics, technology and data, modeling, reporting)
  • Maintain the Enterprise Operations Business Process Management Department's balanced scorecard o Report continuous improvement findings and balanced scorecard results to the EOBPM Director on a routine basis
  • Establish a regular meeting cadence with the Front Office Heads of the Single-Family, Multi-Family and Investment and Capital Markets Divisions to drive collaboration in working towards the common goal of improving Freddie Mac's operational risk profile
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations and management reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and manage the EOBPM communications strategy and plan
  • Prepare performance reports and service level reports; these reports will collectively show compliance or degree of non-compliance with service levels and compliance with associated performance requirements
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of reporting across all EOBPM service lines
  • Maintain a repository of the reports you prepare that is centrally accessible to EOBPM management
  • Excellent design and editorial reporting capabilities


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Have at least 5 years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree
  • Superior proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, concise terms both orally and in writing
  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and/or data integration
  • Experience implementing performance management systems (balanced scorecards, key performance indicators, etc.)
  • Experience facilitating objective-setting workshops or with "management by objectives" techniques
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office
  • Financial Services and/or mortgage industry experience is preferred o Background in graphic design a plus
