In this role you will interact on a regular basis with leads in all 11 Freddie Mac Divisions, and with professionals in the Enterprise Risk and Compliance functions with the aim of ensuring that the Enterprise Operations Business Process Management (EOBPM) platform that provides insight into operational risks and the operational health of Freddie Mac's mission-critical business processes (OASIS) accurately reflects the business landscape. Through your regular touchpoints with professionals across the "three lines of defense" you will help ensure that Freddie Mac continues functioning in the event of a crisis by setting and maintaining high data quality standards for OASIS.

Your responsibilities include the following:
  • Maintains the ARIS process inventory
  • Provides value stream mapping services for new and existing processes
  • Act as a source of process expertise by providing direction, training and guidance to less experienced staff
  • Interact with business teams and other stakeholders to understand and document operational processes which will be used to meet diverse, complex business requirements
  • Collaborate with the EOBPM teams to ensure the OASIS strategic roadmap is aligned to corporate priorities
  • Maintain a repository of the reports you prepare that is centrally accessible to EOBPM management


  • Have at least 4 years of related experience
  • Have a Bachelor's degree or higher degree
  • Superior proficiency in written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, concise terms both orally and in writing
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group - executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Experience managing multiple projects with significant scope that cut across multiple departments or functions to successful completion
  • Experience with value stream mapping; Software AG ARIS experience a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Financial Services and/or mortgage industry experience is preferred
