Job Overview
  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative
  • Job Type: 6-month Contract, Full Time
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Location: Washington, DC

We are working with a well-renowned healthcare organization in search of a professional, and driven customer service representative. As a customer service representative, you will assist providers to submit documentation of requests for case management, utilization review, and other medical management services in a call center environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to inbound telephone requests
  • Entering case information from original source documentation
  • Making courtesy calls with case reference numbers
  • As requested, create templates for complex reviews, perform internal quality reviews, and/or participate in provider outreach activities

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years work experience in healthcare
  • 1-2 years call center experience
  • Proficiency with medical terminology
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
