The Lourie Center for Children's Social & Emotional Wellness is a private, non-profit agency with a mission to improve the social and emotional health of young children and their families through prevention, early intervention, education, research and training. The Lourie Center has four core programs serving children birth through age 12 and their families: Head Start, The Lourie Center School, The Therapeutic Nursery Program and Parent-Child Clinical Services.

The MCITP Contract Manager:
Will manage the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program (MCITP) contract for embedded services.
Will administer all personnel related aspects such as hiring, training, observing and evaluating, terminating and ensuring compliance with all mandated standards and policies.
Develop and present new staff orientation, maintain tracking system/protocols/policies/procedures and manuals.
Assist in development and monitoring of monthly and annual budgets.

Qualified candidates will possess:
Masters degree in business or health related field
Active American Heart Association BLS CPR card
Experience working in or with the M
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in social service, healthcare setting, including supervisory/admin responsibilities.
Experience working in or with the Montgomery County Infants and Toddlers Program (preferred) or solid understanding of MCITP.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
