Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development Program Manager II Recruitment # 19-005477-0026 Deadline: 8/1/2019 Salary Range: $59,914-$87,533 Location: Lanham, Maryland The Division of Neighborhood Revialization is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Senior Policy Officer for Homelessness Solutions. This position works with a broad coalition of stakeholders, identifies resources and solutions, and articulates and facilitates systems-change throughout the state. This position identifies training needs associated with systems-change and with related best practices, including the development of statewide standards of care related to homelessness.   Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and six years of professional experience, to include three years of experience developing and implementing policy strategies to address poverty or homelessness on the local, state, or federal level.
