The Account Manager of Print Services will service external and internal customers of MOSAIC with the highest level of service adhering to standards set by the company. This position will communicate with various departments including Marketing, Promotional Products, Creative Services, Estimating/Planning, Production, Sales, Customers and Outside Vendors to ensure projects are produced within clients' time, budget and quality expectations. This position collaborates with the Creative Services and Promotional Products teams by coordinating the scheduling of deadlines and resources necessary in the process. The Account Manager checks the progress of inter-team projects, communicating with the Sales Account Executives as required. and : Complete the order entry process in ePace with accurate and detailed information. Provide an exceptional client experience through timely, positive, solutions-oriented written and verbal communication with our Clients and Sales Account Executives. Operate successfully within a team environment, with a strong focus on workload and information-sharing. Update Sales Account Executives and Customers regarding job status throughout the business day in a timely and professional manner. Assist Sales Account Executives with request for quotes. Ensure that MOSAIC creates the best manufacturing plan by conducting RAP Meetings as necessary. Manage the cost associated with each job by monitoring actual job cost; estimate versus actual. Assist in the tracking and closing of job jackets to facilitate billing within five business days of shipment. Create and continuously update pre-invoice by reviewing activities, including alterations. Review and communicate alterations to Sales Account Executives and Clients. Coordinate projects throughout the plant from pre-flight to delivery. Coordinate outside purchases and distribution. Coordinate ordering of paper samples, paper dummies, and ink drawdowns to meet both customers and production schedules. Assure all changes are indicated on proofs and change orders. Assist and coordinate press checks and/or finishing approvals with Sales Account Executives and Clients. Assist the production department(s) in preventing spoilage, reduction of waste while maintaining the highest quality. Advise, coordinate, and resolve issues in a professional manner as they occur. Schedule pick-ups and deliveries. Complete estimate request form, analyze estimate and communicate estimate pricing to Customer and/or Sales Account Executive. Conduct weekly job status meetings to gather and share information with Sales Account Executives and team. Initiate, create and review new job timelines with the Sales Account Executive. Create and track estimates, timelines, and tasks for Creative Services. Ensure work is completed on time on time-critical projects. Experience Required: At least five years of hands-on Customer Service experience in the printing or advertising industry. Experience utilizing MIS systems. EFI Pace experience preferred, but not required. Estimating experience a plus in both the print and advertising industry, but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team-oriented work style. Sound planning and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of goal attainment, innovation, creativity and decision making. Superior work ethic, attitude, and commitment to being one's best. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
