Our client in the Washington DC area is searching for TWO Commissioning Agents. They are a fast-growing Engineering firm with locations across the US. Project scope includes: Educational, Commercial, Municipal, and HealthcareKey Responsibilities:* Communicate with owners and contractors to arrange and schedule site visits* Develop Commissioning forms for contractors use* Perform site visits to witness and document HVAC system installation, tests, and start-ups.* Review and analyze energy management system trends* Assist owner's with preparing Owner Project Requirements.* Assist Senior Commissioning Engineer in peer review of HVAC, plumbing and lighting controls plans* Assist Senior Commissioning Engineer in commissioning the installation and operation of DDC/automation systemsQualifications:* Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university* CxA Certification HUGE plus* 3+ years experience in Commissioning* AutoCAD and Revit software knowledge preferred* Knowledge of LEED requirements, credits, and templates preferred* Resourceful team player possessing strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.* Ability to write clear and concise reports* Ability to work within project budgets and schedules.STS2Qualifications:* Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university* CxA Certification HUGE plus* 3+ years experience in Commissioning* AutoCAD and Revit software knowledge preferred* Knowledge of LEED requirements, credits, and templates preferred* Resourceful team player possessing strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.* Ability to write clear and concise reports* Ability to work within project budgets and schedules.STS2
