RESPONSIBILITIES Review, audit and process a large volume of employee expense reports and provider invoices for compliance with client policies Monitor expenses, question and follow up on irregularities and ensure proper cost allocations and approvals. Compute withholding and tax benefits on relocation expenses Preparation, analysis, reconciliation of weekly/monthly reports. AP/AR Review financial statements. Prepare documentation and reports as needed for both internal and external customers QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university or equivalent combination of training and experience. 3+ years of Accounting experience to include: expense audit, accounting and/or client billing experience. Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
