LMI is looking for talented individuals to perform federal budget management tasks, including Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Accountability (PPBA) activities and alternative analysis. Responsibilities Assist in performing tasks which apply knowledge and skill in program and budget-related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods, and techniques. Tasks include support for Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Accountability (PPBA) activities; conducting multi-year programming activities with a strategic focus; conducting budget and cost analyses; assisting with the interpretation of findings, evaluations, and recommendations; supporting program and budget formulation efforts by developing, managing, and maintaining spreadsheets and artifacts including cost estimates and analyses used for development of programs, Congressional Budget Justifications, financial analysis, and development of draft briefs for management on the organization's strategic program and budget. Assist in the development of the following items:Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Accountability (PPBA) reportsJustification reportsProgram and Budget presentation materialsResearch, analysis and development related cost estimates and analysisVaried complex analytical tasks in support of programsPlans and monitors tasks to meet requirements for assigned program(s)Program plan requirements and may assist in-depth studies to determine optimum program plansReports and analyzes performance metrics and programmatic PPBA documentsResearch and information development to understand requirements to include financial and technical data Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5-10 years' work experience, preferably performing PPBA, financial management, cost analysis, and data analytics functions related to Federal Agencies.Ability to be a self-starter in a fast-paced environmentStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance with full financial disclosureExperience with real property and asset management a plus, but not required
