Looking for 3-5 years max experienced Recruiter to working on IT and Professional (Accounting, Marketing & administrative positions. Prefer someone with Passive Candidate Recruitment skills such as Networking and using LinkedIn Recruiter The recruiter helps keep the candidate and hiring company connected throughout the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process. That may mean communicating information between the two parties, including delivering the good or bad news when the company makes the hiring decision. The job generally requires the ability to perform the following duties: Develop and execute recruiting plans. Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees. Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Screening resumes. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Administering appropriate company assessments. Performing reference and background checks. Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
