DEPOT REPAIR TECHNICIAN DULLES, VA Job Description: - With direction from others, assist in the analysis, diagnosis and repair of complex electromechanical equipment to the component level using diagnostic and test equipment. - Responsible for testing and quality assurance of own repairs. - Provide accurate records of repair activities. - Process orders for supplies and support materials needed for the Depot Repair Center. - Assist in keeping Depot Repair Center well organized and equipment in proper order. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Depot Repair Manager or Senior Repair Technicians. Job Requirements: - Two year degree in engineering or related technical field with a minimum of three years Experience performing diagnostics and repair to the component level of sophisticated electronic equipment. - Prior military background a PLUS. - Must have basic knowledge of complex microprocessor controlled systems. - Working knowledge of diagnostic test equipment. - Able to read schematics and logic diagrams. - Ability to work with others and resolve problems. - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
