RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Baltimore, Maryland (MD). Essential Duties: Assist with the roll-out, data collection, and maintenance will assist in the collection and maintenance of decision support based budgeting, financial, costing, and patient level data structures; assist with meaningful analyses utilizing this data; and support the education and training of decision support end users Perform analytical tasks; lead projects; independently learn new solutions, functionality, and technology; have a thorough understanding of financial based reporting and decision support based functionality capabilities REQUIREMENTS: Five years or more of healthcare or finance experience Must be able to operate general office equipment and communications equipment, especially personal computers Data reconciliation and analytical skills required Interpersonal skills to participate in a dynamic team based development environment Initiative to independently identify questions, problems, and opportunities Ability to work independently with general supervision Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
