Summary Leader in Kitchen Cabinets Design, working under the direct supervision of the Sales and Business development manager to execute the sales function, in store, to develop personal customer relationships and act as a product expert visiting Architects, Interior Designer and Developers focused in multifamily building developments when Manager requires. Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the Kitchen Cabinets design, retail sales and project sales. Responsible for the bathroom design with the brands the company carry. To meet or exceed the goals set by the organization. To identify, track and secure contracts from key projects To be part of the sales team as a key player to develop and support the company's customers. To participate in tradeshows, corporate and specials events in the industry representing the company's brands and stablishing commercial relations with new customers. Skills and Competencies Must have the creativity to fulfill customer expectations and more specifically in Kitchen and Bathrooms designs. Must have Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software's. Relevant experience with a proven track record in sales Must have good Understanding of the Kitchen and Bath, Ceramic Tiles markets served in the region. Passionate for the interior design industry specifically Kitchen and Bath, ceramic tiles and related areas. Visionary approach Proactivity.
