We specialize in Hotel and Multi-Family construction and are currently seeking a Hotel Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 7 years of experience with a solid background in hotel construction. Employer is an EOE. Competitive Benefit and Vacation Package Qualified candidates must have; - Experience in all forms of hotel construction, including wood and LGS panelized construction. - A proven track record of completing projects on-time and within budget. - Experience with MS Project and ProCore. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to various clients. - Create and maintain working relationships with Architect, Engineer, PM and Owners. - Able to travel preferred, but not required.
