You are a confident, professional and dedicated self-starter delivering a critical role in the success of our sales organization by proactively identifying, nurturing and creating new opportunities. Through success and positive contribution with your team, this role is the springboard for advancement across Terbium Labs team as we win together, grow together and expand market share with new customer expansion. Responsibilities: Research and generate new leads and appointments through outbound prospecting Learn and leverage modern sales tools for high velocity selling effectiveness Exceed monthly pipeline KPI's and new meeting quotas Work collaboratively with AE's, Marketing and leadership to improve our outcomes Log daily activity through Salesforce.com and Salesloft Qualifications: Natural sales ability 100% results driven Genuinely curious with a desire to ask questions and learn new things Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal) Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiency Education: Bachelors or equivalent experience in similar role Salesforce.com and Salesloft experience is a plus
