Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking aPrincipalCyber SoftwareEngineer/ TTO Leadto join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located in Annapolis Junction, MD. Roles and Responsibilities: Engineering support to the software design and development efforts through all development and deployment lifecycles, systems and networking engineering. Engineering effort involves development of a secure administrative host computer on a network typically used to manage devices in a separate security zone. Tasks include analysis, derivation, decomposition, allocation and traceability of requirements across all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Involved in the design and architecture of the solution. Interface with all appropriate parties and organization to ensure requirements are met to include system owners and end users. Provide input to the technical product roadmap. The candidate will be working on a task where the goal is to develop an operating environment where system administrators can leverage the service to administer their systems. This solution uses kubernetes running in either a VM or metal environments that requires state-of-the-art skills in emerging areas of containerization, networking, and software development. This task will also provide engineering, integration, testing and system administration Level of Effort (LOE) support to the software baseline and integration of the service across the customer base. NGCIMSMD Basic Qualifications: 14+ years' of experience inSoftware Engineering Experience in performing and providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis and functional allocation, conducting systems requirements reviews, developing concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures, and performing technical/nontechnical assessment and management as well as end-to-end flow analysis. Experience developing in Java People management Familiarity with current customer Ability to engage customer effectively Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field from an accredited college or university is required. Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required. Preferred Qualifications: Seven (7) years Software Engineering experience shall have occurred within the past ten (10) years. Shall have two+ (2) years experience in the cleared environment.
