Our client is a start-up software company building a world class sales team with needs in Sales Development. This is a lead generation and qualification role within the Inside sales team. There will be a mix of cold outbound calling and qualifying inbound sales leads. There is a fast path to full closing role and path to outside field sales. This position is open due to growth. Key candidate attributes : * Can build trust and value quickly in a client facing role ( phone and email ). * Has a sales mindset and wants to start on a career path in sales. * Can add something to a team in terms of culture and office presence. * Smart, quick thinker that can learn new things quickly.
