While working as a Relationship Manager in Outside Sales, you will be tasked with fulfilling orders and performing tasks related to attracting and servicing customer accounts for all of Strategic Factory's products and services including Print, Signage, Promotional Products & Apparel, Direct Mail and Digital Services. You will work on obtaining new customer accounts by providing excellent customer service and informing potential clients of the services we offer, in an effort to generate sales. Additionally, you will also meet with prospective clients to discuss potential projects and provide free quotes, in hopes of starting a business relationship. The person in this position assists with performing the operational functions of the department, ensuring to attract new customers and generate revenue, all while providing excellent service.Essential and Acquire new accounts (customers) by "cold calling", networking, and conducting researchGenerate revenue of new accounts by gaining an understanding of each customer's needs and communicate the services and products our company offersRecommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interestsAnswer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit termsProvide potential clients with free quotesTake samples from customers to aid in providing an accurate quoteStay in touch with customers to ensure they are adequately servicedMeet with customers and clients off site for an total of 3 1/2 days a weekAttending staff meetings, training programs, and performance evaluations as directed in order to develop sales and service skillsProvide excellent customer service that will ultimately lead to satisfaction of the customer and the closing of dealsConsult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing supportCommunicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates to receive feedbackCoordinate with managers to meet deadlines and identify new accountsEnter information into the computer in order to keep track of jobs and assignmentsA minimum of 3 5 years of Print, Marketing, or Media Sales Experience requiredExperience with a CRM preferredWhy Work for Strategic Factory?Financial stability.
