Medix is currently seeking a skilled Windows 10 Migration Technician for an exciting contract job opportunity with one of our top healthcare clients in Baltimore ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS POSITION Located in Downtown Baltimore - Our client is made up of more than 1000 faculty members from a local university. They are currently seeking a Windows 10 Refresh Technician to support a migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 for over 1300 devices. The primary responsibilities for this Windows 10 Migration Technician will include: Working in a healthcare environment to migrate devices from Windows 7 to Windows 10 Provide hardware and software support to devices including, but not limited to, desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, and printersWorking with end-users to coordinate times for migration activities Testing computer images to ensure accuracyProviding excellent customer support to end users Required Experience / Qualifications: High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experienceRequired 1+ Years of professional work experience in a related PC Technician or Windows Support rolePrior Windows 7 to 10 migration experience preferred Location: Baltimore, MD (Downtown) Position Type: Contract Duration: Through the end of 2019 Additional Information: For all W2-hourly employees of Medix, you will have the option to enroll in our talent benefits program.
