Job Details
Sparks Group, in collaboration with a dynamic Direct to Consumer Mortgage provider is seeking a confidant and enthusiastic professional to fill the role of a Client Relations Specialist. You will be responsible for selling value proposition to prospective clients who are purchasing new properties, refinancing a mortgage, or considering selling their home. You will be a critical member in the dissemination of information, and you will act as a vital resource for potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Liaises with prospective clients to understand their financial situations, goals and provides information and advising
- Sells loan and real estate services to prospective clients
- Monitors the web app viewer to identify applicants who have drafted applications and follows up
- Serves as an indefinite point of contact for borrowers post-application
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry as a Loan Originator, Processor, or Closing Specialist
- Must be a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in Virginia and North Carolina
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with evident professionalism, ethics, and character
- Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and loan products critical
