We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic full-time Human Resources Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position is based in the firm's Bethesda, MD-based office and reports to the Human Resources Director. The human resources recruiter will be responsible for the success of our recruiting strategies that support our staffing needs at all levels.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop a Recruiting and New Hire strategic plan in conjunction with firm and departmental leadership
• Manage the recruiting process, including initial screenings, in-office interviews and campus events/job fairs
• Work to source candidates from a variety of sources, such as on-line job boards, LinkedIn and other social media channels, job fairs, etc.
• Manage the firm’s Candidate Pipeline for both experienced hire and on-campus candidates in our Applicant Tracking System
• Create close relationships with key campus personnel, such as the career center and professors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with outside recruiters on a year round basis
• Ensure all background checks, reference checks and other paperwork is completed
• Coordinate a smooth transition to the new employee orientation once a candidate is hired
• Manage the summer internship program
• Develop all recruiting collateral
• Enter new hire information in ADP payroll system and maintain employee records in system
• Registration of employee benefits including medical, dental, life insurance and flexible spending account
• Compile employee data, run and submit EEO-1 Component 1 & EEO-1 Component 2 reports
• Assist in planning various corporate events
• Participate in professional associations, attend association meetings and stay abreast of changes in the HR profession as it relates to public accounting firms

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
• A minimum of 3 years of staffing or recruitment experience, preferably in a professional services firm
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong vender management skills related to recruitment activities, such as dealing with search firms and job boards
• Experience with modern recruiting methods using LinkedIn and other tools
• Possesses excellent interviewing skills
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills 
• Maintains a high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality
• Displays sound judgment at all time 
• Exhibits consistent attention to detail and follow-up 
• Acts as a team-player and is flexible
• Works well in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment 
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing a diverse and demanding work load 
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills 
• Maintains a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Maintains a working knowledge of online meeting and conferencing software.
• Experience with ADP is a plus
