Responsibilities include: Demonstrating effective communication skillsProviding prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customersEducating customers about our products and servicesThe ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter and will provide excellent customer service to our customers. This employee will be working in a call center/office environment, answering phones, responding to emails, sending faxes, and other administrative tasks as necessary.
