Cordia Resources is currently recruiting for an AP/AR Supervisor for a stable and fast growth non-profit in Vienna, VA. Responsibilities * Monitors the accounts receivables and collections of funds as it relates to invoices * Ensures all negotiated contracts are paid as agreed on * Manages the daily function of the Accounts Payable department * Invoices customers * Assists in making payments to vendors to ensure payments are made on time * Applies cash to accounts when needed * Completes credit checks and investigations on new customers * Monitors existing customer's credit as it relates to limits, sales, and payments * Investigates and resolves issues with late payments Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree preferred Field of study: Finance or Business Administration * 4-5 Years+ in AP & AR Required * Understanding of credit reports and financial statements required
